Professional medically supervised peels help improve the appearance of fine lines, hyperpigmentation (brown spots), enlarged pores, light to moderate sun damage, freckling, acne, and scarring. We customize each treatment based on your skin and your desired results.
Our center offers several types and levels of peels:
- Sensitive Skin Peel
- Pigment Balancing Peel
- Corrective Peel
Level 3: Rejuvenize Peel
Our aestheticians offer complimentary consultations and will help determine the best peel for you based on your skin type and goals.
Most peels are excellent for the face, neck, décolleté, arms, back and hands.
During a peel, a customized solution is applied to your skin and allowed to penetrate deep down into the dermal layer. Over the next 1 to 14 days, depending on how deeply the chemical penetrates the skin, the outer skin may begin to peel or flake off. This procedure accelerates the natural cell turnover process in a controlled manner so that new, healthy skin can surface from below.
The types of peels differ and are based on how deeply the solution penetrates. Factors that may affect the depth of a peel include the active ingredients, the number of layers that are applied, and the amount of time allowed before the solution is neutralized.
