Dr. Greg Chernoff, M.D., founder of the Midwest Stem Cell Treatment Center, an affiliate of the Cell Surgical Network, attended an investigational research meeting at the headquarters of the California Stem Cell Treatment Center July 25-26, 2014.
Investigators presented study data and collaborated treatment protocols and outcomes.
Since 2012, Dr. Chernoff has been working with autologous (your own) adipose derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) providing investigational therapy to patients with various inflammatory and/or degenerative conditions.
The founders, Dr. Mark Berman and Dr. Elliot Lander, (pictured) developed a closed surgical method to isolate this cellular medium (SVF) rich in stem cells. Under IRB (Institutional Review Board) approved protocol, investigators have been providing SVF deployment on an investigational basis.
Under the banner of the California Stem Cell Treatment Center (CSCTC), Dr. Chernoff is an investigator on a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients with a variety of conditions often responsive to cell therapy. The Cell Surgical Network has also worked in conjunction with a number of international organizations and physicians of great expertise to help develop our protocols for procedures and deployments.
